Built by someone

This platform wasn't built from the outside in. It started in a repair shop — my father's — where I spent years watching what great craft, real care, and loyal customers actually look like.

As my sister stepped in to carry that legacy forward, I started building tools to help them run the business better. It worked. And then I asked a bigger question: what if every repair shop could have this?

I've spent over 20 years in supply chain — in operations, logistics, and managing parcel carrier networks across North America. I know what it takes to move goods safely, close the loop efficiently, and build systems that scale.
